Custom Orders

All items are custom-made based on the information provided by the customer. By placing an order, you agree that all details submitted (including names, numbers, colors, and design preferences) are accurate. Modesty Customs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Payments

Full payment is required before any work begins. After submitting a custom order form, customers will receive an invoice. Orders will not be started until payment has been successfully received.

Turnaround Time

All orders require processing time due to the custom nature of the work. Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and availability of materials. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Customer-Provided Items

Customers are responsible for providing the clothing items to be customized. Modesty Customs is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during shipment to our location. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Design & Creative Rights

All designs created by Modesty Customs remain the intellectual property of the business. We reserve the right to recreate, modify, and use designs for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media and website content.

Handmade & Custom Disclaimer

All products are handmade and may include slight variations. No two items will be exactly identical. These variations are not considered defects.

Rhinestone Disclaimer

All rhinestone designs are applied by hand, one piece at a time with love. Minor imperfections or slight variations in placement may occur and are not considered defects.

Vinyl Disclaimer

Vinyl designs may experience lifting or peeling over time due to the nature of the material. Modesty Customs is not responsible for vinyl lifting after delivery. Customers may reapply heat using an iron or heat press if necessary.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once an order has been placed or completed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping & Delivery

Modesty Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. All shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

Modesty Customs is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree that you are using our products at your own risk.

Refusal of Service

Modesty Customs reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, unreasonable demands, or failure to comply with our policies.
