Shipping Policy

At Modesty Customs, all items are custom-made and handled with care. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are custom and require processing time. Production will begin only after full payment has been received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Customer-Provided Items

Customers are responsible for shipping their clothing items (tops, bottoms, etc.) to us. The shipping address will be provided after payment confirmation.

Modesty Customs is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Delay in Sending Items

If customer-provided items are not received within a reasonable timeframe after payment, your order may be delayed. Modesty Customs is not responsible for delays caused by late shipment of items from the customer.

Return Shipping

Once your order is completed, your items will be shipped back to the address provided at checkout or confirmed during the order process. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

Shipping Responsibility

Modesty Customs is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. All shipments are handled by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), and any issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, Modesty Customs is not responsible for lost packages. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed prior to payment. Once a rush order is accepted, all deadlines are agreed upon and cannot be changed.

Abandoned Orders / Items

If customer-provided items are not shipped within 14 days of payment, or if there is no communication regarding your order, it may be considered abandoned. Modesty Customs reserves the right to cancel the order without refund or apply additional fees.

Completed orders not claimed or shipped within 14 days of completion may also be subject to storage fees.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and/or completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is received damaged due to our workmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and determine a resolution.

Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated turnaround times do not include shipping time. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and location.
